Satveer Kaur:

my gosh, guys, and we are back. Can you believe it? Welcome, welcome to the second series of the Kaur Aura podcast. Now, there's already a difference, because we're visual now. So isn't that crazy? But, guys, I do need to apologize because there's been quite a delay. We're now entering january 2025. I know I said I'd bring the next series into 2024, so we're a year late, but bear with, because there is a reason for it. There's a reason for this delay, um, which is what this first episode is all about. Really, just to kind of explain what's happening, like past year, what caused the kind of delay, um, in bringing the podcast sooner. Uh, because that was the plan, guys, but as if you, if you know, like my journey and you've listened to the previous series, then you'll know, yeah, things don't always go to plan, but that's okay and that's what this episode is all about to explain it and just let you know of what to expect going forward. So where to begin, guys? So, first of all, let's do a quick intro. So, welcome, welcome everybody.

Satveer Kaur:

My name is Satveer Kaur and I'm the founder of Kaur Aura. So Kaur Aura is a business that I started back in 2021 and we're now approaching 2025, like what is happening and when I say about things haven't gone to plan, I meant like with the podcast, because this is the whole point like the cause of this delay is because I've been doing so much like other stuff and so many good things have happened and so many like changes that I wasn't able to return back to my podcast up until now. But yeah, so this episode is all about that. Just the delay, like so many good stuff, like blessings, and I'm so grateful. But obviously where there's highs, there's going to be lows, right. So a lot of that as well.

Satveer Kaur:

So it did cause a bit of a delay to get this podcast, the second series, back up and running. But here we are and I did it and here I am and I didn't give up and I still always had it in the back of my mind and I have been doing like homework, background work, like bringing on guests, looking for them, connecting, making connections. Yes, it's always been there in my mind, guys. So, thank you to those that are listening again after listening to the first series, thank you, and to those new to this, welcome and hopefully you'll stay along to hear about this journey. But yeah, first of all, it's so hard, you don't know where to begin because I have been listening to the previous series and I do apologize, guys, because it is all over the place.

Satveer Kaur:

So, um, this first episode is going to be about what to expect with the podcast because, look, as we're now visual, obviously still audio as well, but with these changes as well, I'm bringing on guests. I know I mentioned last time in the previous series about having a co-host, but, as we all know, when you make a plan it doesn't quite go to plan. So I just, yeah, it didn't quite work out, which is fine, it's all good. But yeah, so here I am on my lonesome, but it's okay because we've got some wicked guests coming on, so it's going to be all good in the hood. So, yeah, and I also have been listening more to the previous series just to kind of see where I needed to come back to it. So come back to it, because I did go off on many tangents. But, yeah, when I really listened to it, I just it almost seems as well where I am now a different version of me as well, in a good way, like all the good changes that I've made. But I just yeah, as much as I cringe at times when I listen to it and sometimes it can keep me awake, like thinking, oh my gosh, I've got this out here and it went off in a totally different direction as well, but I found it just became like an outlet for me.

Satveer Kaur:

And what I didn't realize as well is I was still quite early on yet in my business journey and I had that all going on, so I was quite overwhelmed at times, but also with my personal goals, like I'm on a path where I want to become my strongest, like physically, mentally and spiritually, and it's after making some really significant changes in my life in 2020. That has just completely changed my life for the better. Like it's given me purpose, because that's how bad it was, guys. I was at a point in my life where I had no direction, no purpose. Yeah, so it was a lot of that. So I made massive changes to my life and it's just completely just given me. It's just, I've just become a whole new person. I can't explain it and that was like making changes to my life. Like personally, I had to like shut down everything and just really be real with myself and honest and like brutally honest and just really change shit up. Yes, it's quite the journey, guys, quite the freaking journey. That's why it took me like a whole year to get back on this.

Satveer Kaur:

But look at this though I'm here do my second series of a podcast, which I was explaining even at the time, during the first series, of just how new I was to it all and how much I was learning along the way, and yeah, but it's just amazing, like, even now as well, like, like I said, as much as I cringe when I listen back to my first series, I'm so proud of it as well. Do you know what makes these are things that I'm doing that I never thought I would have the courage or confidence to even do? I want to do like? I was just such a miserable turd at the best of times. You know, before I made these changes, it's because I was so unhappy as well and I just didn't know where to start.

Satveer Kaur:

And now that I have and I'm doing things like this, it's just amazing, like seriously, so I'm so proud of that one there that started this, and now it's up to me to carry on. But, as well as like, like we're bringing it visual. Now there's going to be more things that I'll have to learn and getting it all up out there, like I've even just it's a lot, like it's a lot, but I love it. So, as tough as it is and I'm writing and raving here and there, I'm just so grateful. I'm so grateful to be on the path that I'm on, like seriously, thank you God, and yeah again. And that brings me on to my whole spiritual path as well that I'm on. Yeah, it's still. I'm on that amazing journey of it all where I'm just exploring and learning all about it and just just being more in sync with myself and just really trying to connect with that higher self. Guys like I just freaking love it and I feel so connected with that kind of beliefs.

Satveer Kaur:

Yeah, so we have an episode within this series dedicated to a bit more detail about my journey as well. So that's going to be good and we've got some really amazing guests lined up as well. But the whole purpose of again with the same series, same series, the previous series it's all about inspiring others, encouraging, elevating, empowering them, you know, to make some changes, and I hope those people listening that are considering make some, some changes to their life for the better, to feel better, and they use this as a bit of support and encouragement to help you make those changes, and that's what it's all about and the guests that are going to be brought on as well really inspiring people that making great changes within their own lives and for their communities. Yeah, so it's really good stuff happening with this episode. It's just all about that.

Satveer Kaur:

Like I was going to write notes and have it really structured, but with this I just wanted to freestyle a bit, just be open and honest, because that's the main thing as well about core aura as a whole. Like my business, the podcast. How I come through now is is to always be my authentic self, be real and be honest and be truthful and just speak on my journey and be open about it, because I wanted to encourage others then to be open about themselves and make those necessary changes, because I think a lot of my changes, like I had to make, was because a lot of suppression, like of just who I authentically was and which a lot of us do. So I'm really reaching out to those that want to break free from that and really show up as your authentic self, like I really support that and empower that and encourage that and always for that and I advocate for everyone to be like that. So, yeah, I hope to bring that.

Satveer Kaur:

So that's what I'm just going to bring with this podcast series as well, and with the guests as well, that we're going to come on. It's just going to be relaxed, chilled vibes, good vibes, like really good advice that you're going to hear, good content. We're going to shut out the outside world, like I always like to do and like I did with the previous series, and just talk about good stuff, good elevating stuff for one another, where we're going to build each other up and it's all about that human connection and showing you what kind of support is out there for you. Yeah, and all the good stuff. So good vibes only here. Remember, um, and if you're listening, you're not into that then you got to go. This is my humor, like sometimes I have like a you know the movie, like split, like I switch up here and there, but that's me, um, and that's me and that's how we're gonna go. Um, yeah, but anyway, boop, so I'll keep this episode brief, um, and just say oopsie about the delay, but we will hear more about it as each episode goes along, kind of thing. So, yeah, and there'll be more episodes that I'll do as well, where I'll give out some like nutritional advice, guidance, what worked for me, um, um, yeah, so that's all to come, as much as some amazing guests, like I said, all good.

Satveer Kaur:

So, listening to the previous series of my podcast, which initially started off as my journey to 40. So I was on a 12 week kind of journey to 40, where I'm getting to my strongest physically, mentally and spiritually, and I was just documenting it really, and it did go quite to plan. I have gone off on quite a few tangents and it did go back to points, um and things like that, which will be addressed in each episode as we go along. So I have, um, listened to them and I have, like, identified areas where I was like, oh shoot, I better improve that, I need to go back on that, I need to speak on that again. So I've left people hanging in certain areas. So this will all be addressed, um, as much as I can, in the next episodes, like I said.

Satveer Kaur:

So, really good stuff to come, just what to expect. So I'm going to keep it brief, like I said, but I just wanted to do a quick episode, just to do an intro, to say hi, we are back um, and yeah, it's been a long time, but there has been, yeah, loads to explain, but we'll do that as we go along. But, yeah, good stuff's happened, um, but, like I said, where there's highs, there's always going to be lows, right, um, but I'm always going to be the one that focuses on the highs and it's just part and parcel of this crazy journey that we're all on um and it's all part of the process. But, yeah, it's all about coming together as well, sharing just our experiences and what we're overcoming, just to kind of encourage others, like we can learn from one another, um, and that's what I'm kind of out here to promote and that's what core aura is all about.

Satveer Kaur:

I do want to point out as well, like as much as I'm saying about um, how much I've reached out my podcast and this, and, yeah, no, I'm totally proud of it. Like I said, I was using it as an outlet and I was really going through my um healing journey as well and it was a really good outlet. So I'm glad I do have that documentation, um of it and just me creating it and setting it up and using it as an extension for my business, um, to try and reach out to more people and get the message across and just what we kind of promote over here. Yeah, so, like I said, we've do have a few like loose ends to kind of tie up from the last um series, which I will go through with each episode as we go along like but um gosh, it includes like collaborating with people, it includes like being nominated for awards, more clients, working with groups and just amazing stuff, like amazing. And when I speak of it as well, I'm not out here like kind of flexing and I ain't being cocky, I'm just being vindicated. But yeah, like, like I said, we'll speak of it more in the episodes to come.

Satveer Kaur:

But yeah, really good vibes, really good stuff and, like I said as well, like where there's highs, there's always going to be lows, right, so we'll speak on that as well, because we've got to be realistic about it. Like it isn't all like fun and games, or what do you call it. Is it fun and games? That's the term you use but it isn't all fun and games. Like there is serious side to it where it's really crappy at times. That's so crappy that you go through these whole emotions of like self-doubt and just like really questioning yourself and yeah, because there's just a lot you put in and just all the changes, and then it is like, as much as we're here promoting, like supporting one another, sometimes there are going to be times when you don't have that support um, so it's dealing with that as well, do you know what I mean? But it makes you lean more into yourself and that's what, again, I always promote.

Satveer Kaur:

The core and I think that's what um helped me along the way of my journey is that always having that trust in yourself and having that unwavering faith in yourself and belief. Of course, always like. For me personally, I have my faith in God as well but just to always know that you can do it like any time, like the troubles and struggles that we go through, like and we overcome them. We're overcoming them and it's not us like, don't let that be a part of you in that way or become you um, but we can always overcome it. We can support one another, but always have that trust and belief in yourself, like if you want to make changes to make yourself feel better, just to get out of a shitty situation and just to feel better and connect with your soul.

Satveer Kaur:

There was a time when we're all carefree, feeling good, and then you know life can be lifing and we just there's that switch up isn't there, where we just start feeling crappy and we look back on better times and you have all those. Ah. We then judge our choices and we think about this. We live with regret, we become bitter and happy. Well, that's the life I was living. But it all just comes to a point where you're like no, you get sick of feeling like that and you just think I need to find a way and yeah, but, like I said, we'll speak more of it.

Satveer Kaur:

Like we're going to really go in depth, like this is what this series is all about, like really upping it guys, and we're really going to kind of reach out to as many people as we can and be open and honest and truth and realistic. Like I'm out here guiding clients with my business, I encourage and empower more. Equally as well, I'm on my own personal journey. So it's all about being real as well and I find as well, the more I do be real and honest about myself and my journey, it helps me connect more with my clients, um, and I love that, because we're all going through our. We're all going through our own individual journeys, but you'll find at the same time that all the same if that makes sense like we're all carrying like the same emotions, but if we just connect with one another and be open and honest and just admit like I'm going through this, like how's it going for you out here? Just be open and honest, like we ain't here to judge, like this is what CORE is about as well, because there are going to be judgy people around like let's be real about that as well. So I'm going to create a space where we ain't going to judge you, like this is a safe space for you to just come, reveal your truth and be open and honest. Like you will be embraced and welcomed, like we're here to help elevate you and help you make you feel better. Do you know what I mean? Exciting stuff to come.

Satveer Kaur:

I'm not going to be all over the place like with my guests and then episodes to come, like just with this one. I just wanted to say hi guys, I'm back and here we go, but yes, so we'll leave it there. Um, but yeah, if you do want to learn more about core aura and what I do, what we're all about, and then feel free to send us a message, um, and do get in touch. But yeah, I'm not going to use this series as a like, help my business, because it's not about promoting my business in that sense. It's about just kind of speaking on our truth, connecting, find that human connection. I will speak my business in that sense and what's made me kind of want to build core aura in the first place.

Satveer Kaur:

But, yeah, I won't be like in the previous series where I'm constantly like www, if you want to get in touch. So we'll leave it as that. But I will speak on my business on an episode and just let you know the progress with that, because the previous series we did speak on that. So there's so many changes that have been made, like documenting the progress, um, and I hope that people see this progress as well. So we'll leave it there. Guys, just in the meantime, take care of yourselves and we'll see you on the next episode very, very soon. Take care, you beautiful people.
