Satveer Kaur is the founder of Kaur Aura and creator and host of The Kaur Aura Podcast, born from her own personal journey with mental health, wellbeing and self-discovery.

Her experiences inspired her to create Kaur Aura as a space where people can feel supported, understood and empowered. Satveer works 1:1 with clients on their health and wellbeing, helping them understand their individual needs and make positive, realistic changes that support their physical and mental wellbeing. She also delivers wellbeing sessions and workshops within the community.

Through The Kaur Aura Podcast, Satveer shares honest conversations and inspiring stories from people making a difference in their lives and communities. She believes everyone has a story worth hearing.

With warmth and authenticity, Satveer encourages people to trust themselves, recognise their capabilities, embrace their individuality and express their essence empowering them to be their true, authentic selves.

Having navigated her own journey through addiction, recovery and personal transformation, Kiki understands the importance of connection, understanding and having the courage to speak openly about the things we often keep hidden.

Kiki brings a warm, authentic and judgement-free voice to the podcast, sharing her experiences and perspectives while creating space for honest conversations around mental health, wellbeing, recovery, relationships, life’s challenges and personal growth.

Kiki helps create the kind of conversations that remind people they are not alone, that setbacks don't define them, and that healing is possible. Rowin Manjeet Singh Leil II

Rowin Manjeet Singh Leil II is a British champion in Olympic freestyle wrestling, carrying forward a family legacy while building an impressive journey of his own.

Starting wrestling at just 12, Rowin has dedicated himself to intense training, discipline and continuous growth, achieving British, English and international success. Alongside his competitive career and Sports Science studies, he is passionate about giving back through Kings Olympic Wrestling Club, where he helps young people stay active, build confidence and develop positive paths through sport.

His work also supports children with ADHD, autism and additional needs, using wrestling to create opportunities, connection and confidence.
